Mark D. Simpson, MAI began practicing commercial real estate appraisal in 1989, after two years in the commercial real estate department of a savings bank in Upstate New York. He has acted as the primary appraiser on approximately 2,000 commercial assignments in 20 states throughout the United States. Since 1998 his work has been concentrated in Central and Western Florida. He has also performed numerous review and consulting assignments during his career.
